Yasmin Ahmad Mazlani, fondly known as TzeYasmin, is a visionary entrepreneur, educator, and researcher at the intersection of learning, artificial intelligence, and human growth.

She is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of NeoOne Associates, a growth consulting firm recognized for its transformative work in organizational learning, innovation, and strategic development, and the CEO of Lakar Technologies, an emerging EdTech venture pioneering real-time speech-to-visual learning notes powered by Generative AI.

Under her leadership, Lakar Technologies has completed the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP) Ideation Program and is now progressing toward its next funding stage to launch its first product in 2026. The company operates from Malaysia and Hong Kong, with plans underway to establish a regional innovation office in Singapore to strengthen collaboration with Southeast Asian universities and R&D partners.

Yasmin holds a Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, where she received the Young and Outstanding Alumni Award (2018). Her academic foundation in Physics (Instrumentation) anchors her precision-driven mindset, while her ongoing studies in Quantum Technology, Precision Scientific Instrumentation, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) focused on AI-enhanced visual learning reflect her deep commitment to bridging science, innovation, and education.

With over 14 years of experience in organizational transformation and learning design, Yasmin is a Certified Accelerated Learning Master Practitioner, visual facilitator, and growth strategist. She has led national and international programs for clients such as Ekuinas, MRANTI, DRB-HICOM University, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) — consistently advancing human-centered innovation and sustainable capacity building.

A trailblazer at heart, Yasmin combines the analytical precision of a scientist with the imagination of an artist and the empathy of an educator. Her flagship innovation, DoodleNotes, exemplifies her lifelong mission: to make learning more accessible, visual, and inclusive for all — particularly for neurodiverse learners and underrepresented communities.

Her work challenges conventional notions of education by designing tools that embrace diverse ways of thinking, learning, and expressing understanding. Through AI-driven visualization and multimodal engagement, she seeks to empower learners who process information differently — turning neurodiversity from a challenge into a creative advantage.

Yasmin currently resides in Kuala Lumpur, where she balances her professional life with raising three children, while continuing to build regional innovation bridges between Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, she is also currently learning Japanese and Korean, reflecting her commitment to cross-cultural collaboration and lifelong learning.
